Throttle Down Kustoms fabricates replacement frames for most Jeeps built 1946 to 1995. Each frame is drilled, tapped, and has mounting hardware attached to ensure easy installation (accepting components listed below). There are also options to "Kustomize" any stock replacement frame. Each frame is squared with precision tools. Throttle Down Kustoms has never had an unsatisfied customer or a returned frame due to hardware alignment or product defects. All products are warranted for defects in design, material, and workmanship.

All of these frames are packed full of cutting edge features. They are assembled in a jig to hold strict tolerances throughout the assembly process. The frames are then welded by a certified welder with years of fabrication and welding experience.
