If a customer does not pay the custom fees, duties and taxes upon receipt of their order, we will charge the customers credit card on file for all applicable custom fees, duties and taxes based on our charges from the customs authority. These fee(s) will be charged to the customer's credit card as soon as Morris 4X4 Center receives notice from the specific governmental agency. 3. Accepted forms of payment are Credit Card, Pay Pal, and Electronic Transfer of Funds. 4. Sheet metal body parts and all electrical items are non-returnable. Free Shipping promotions found in web banners do not apply to international, or expedited orders.
