Works on "1991 Isuzu Amigo"

Review by Dale D

Since Isuzu is no longer in business some parts are hard to find like the grommet for the EMS valve. I could purchase a new valve but none could get the grommet. I learn about this after I had pulled the tank from our Amigo that had been parked for over 10 years and took everything off it to clean it out. I tried several generic grommets I found in the parts stores and even tried making my own. But none of them would seal good enough to pass the California smog test. After months of searching the internet for replacement grommet I found a picture of this valve & grommet that looked almost exactly the same but for a Jeep. I order one to see if it would work. Sure enough it fit perfect. So I ordered a second one for the other valve on the tank. Put it all back together and took it back to the repair shop and it passed the smog test with flying colors.

Great value on hard to find item.

Until I found these on Morris.... these parts seemed to be a "dealer only" part. After contacting the "dealer" I was considering selling my Jeep to raise the money to afford the parts. Giving it an "ALL IN" last chance, I went to clicking my way through any website that claimed to sell Jeep parts, had pictures of Jeeps or rhymed with Jeep. And then I found Morris ...Morris saved my Jeep, my sanity and my pocket book... THANKS MORRIS !!!

EMS Valve With Grommet

Review by amped_up

Had to have 2 of these for my new fuel tank, these fit the bill. After a lost order (by USPS), Morris got a new order to me Fedex. As other buyers have stated I removed the grommet and installed it then a little dish detergent around the edge of the valve and pushed them right in with no problem. Great fit.

Good fit

Review by JEFFREY

I ordered two for a new poly 20 gal tank for my 88 Wrangler. I found it easiest to remove the grommet from the new valve and install the grommet first. Then install the valve. I used a little screwdriver to push the edges of the grommet into the opening. The valves pushed right in, a little tight, but a good fit.

Perfect fit

I ordered two for the top of my 88 Wrangler 20 gal tank. I found it easiest to separate the grommet from the valve and install the grommet first. The valve popped right in, a little tight, but a good fit.

need 2

Review by alan

Failed emmisions because these (there are 2 in your tank) were loose in the grommets and figured since the tank was pulled I would replace both the valve and grommet. Make sure you order 2 asreare 2 in your tank even though it's not noted in the diagram or parts description. Fit nice and tight now.
