This 3.5" lift kit from Black Diamond had the more demanding off-road enthusiast in mind. First, the leaf springs feature the same "no compromise" design elements of our legendary CJ leafs... Tapered leaf plates, anti-friction pads, and light spring rates combine to give you full suspension articulation and unbeatable ride quality. Also, double wrapped spring eyes (military wraps) enhance durability and safety. Shot-peening and the use of flat seats reduce spring stress, which increases spring life. Polyurethane spring eye bushings are included as well.

During installation of a lift kit, you may want to replace your old worn out shackles and shackle bushings also. Replacement shackles are available in standard or heavy duty to suit your application; and in factory or extended lengths to get even a little more lift from your Jeep Wrangler YJ.

This 3.5 inch lift kit is available with or without Black Diamond A/T Series Shocks. Black Diamond AT (All Terrain) shocks are engineered for performance and stability with features like double arc-welded eyelets, polyurethane bushings and large 5/8" chrome rods. A black polyurethane boot, combined with a weather resistant enamel finish, make the AT tough on the outside as well. Factory shocks MUST be replaced.

Polyurethane Shackle Bushings
by Black Diamond

Black Diamond lift kits for Jeep Wrangler YJ come with new polyurethane leaf spring bushings. The “upper” shackle bushings are the only ones left to replace. This quality set from Black Diamond completes the package. One set replaces upper bushings in all (4) shackles.
