A. Some email promit the emails that you can receive. If you do not receive our order confirmation email and/or an order detail email, we recommend that you review your order on the web site. A. Yes we do. Morris 4x4 Center ships to customers all over the world every day. Please place your order online and you will be contacted with a shipping quote and the order will be held for customer approval. A. Orders received before 3:30pm Eastern Time will ship the same business day on in stock items. Normal UPS shipping can be from 2 to 8 working days.

Q. What is your shipping policy?
A. Most orders will be shipped by Fedex. Small items may ship via the Postal Service. Hardtops ship by truck freight, we will contact you with the final cost. See our shipping table for actual shipping cost. We often ship from multiple locations throughout the US to give you better and more economical service.

 
Q. When do you charge my credit card?
A. Except for Special Orders (e.g. Hardtops) and some Drop Shipments we will not charge your credit card for orders, which have not been shipped.

 
Q. What does Morris 4x4 Center do with back orders?
A. Because we are a Master Warehouse Distributor we carry a huge amount of inventory. Sometimes however, an item will be in short supply. You will be notified if an order cannot ship in a timely manner. Except for Special Orders and some Drop Shipments we will not charge your credit card for orders, which have not been shipped.

 
Q. What is your guaranteed lowest price policy?

Morris 4x4 Center will match a competitors delivered price, which will include shipping and tax, for the same brand product as long as it is from an authorized distributor, the product is in stock and the price can be verified on a web site. The pricing match guarantee will not apply to items listed from auction web sites, or listed as clearance, closeout, discontinued, second, scratch and dent or are priced incorrectly in the authorized distributor's catalog, or web site,.
