It's good as long as you don't stick it in all the way. Put it in and screw it in place loosely; then pull it out as far as it will go and tighten the screw to hold it. Otherwise, it will stall because I think it'll hit the crankshaft. There might be a spacer, but the sensor I removed didn't have one, so I don't think so.

Works great in a 2001 TJ as long as you don't stick it all the way in.

How I installed it: Put it all the way, then put the screw in, but don't tighten it all the way. Now pull it out as far as it will go; then tighten the screw. Now it'll work right. Otherwise, it will stall.

*And that's not the right picture of the part in case anyone is wondering (not that it really matters).
