This kit is designed to repair the front frame section where
the leaf spring perch is mounted. This is behind the front axle.
The front kit is ART-102. The frame in this area seems to trap
a lot of dirt, road debris, and mud, as well as water is able to
get inside the boxed frame. Once its trapped it starts to rust
from the inside out, and can fail before you even know you
have a problem. Our repair kit is manufactured from precision
CNC cut sections of heavy guage steel, and includes a new
leaf spring mounting perch. This Safe-T-CapTM saves time and
money with this smart fix for rotted frames.
