"We embarked on a tub swap for our Wrangler, we do not have a bunch of experience or a huge budget. To date we did a body lift (suspension had been done), bed lined the entire Jeep and rebuild most of the body. Our tub and parts were a rusted mess, now we are like new. Thanks Morris 4X4."

"I have a 1986 Jeep CJ7 and replacement parts have been very difficult to find. I found this site while trying to locate a throttle cable with the correct measurements for my jeep. Local part stores and Jeep dealerships were of no help in locating this part, a replacement was offered that was about 2 inches shorter with no information regarding possible adjustments. Thank you so much for having the part!!! I found a few more items that were needed while at your site and I will certainly be returning for all my future Jeep needs. "

"I was happy when the CJ site that I am a member of had a discount for this site. I had a previous order and everything went great but this order has been a customer service nightmare. Most of the products have arrived and the two items I had on back order are supposed to come tomorrow but I had to call to get that information. So here it goes I placed the order last Thursday afternoon knowing it wouldn't place until Friday but there was an issue with the discount I was receiving and the free shipping which was fine but I was never contacted by phone just email which means after getting off of work and checking my email in the afternoon now my order is delayed until Monday. We are talking 49.00 and I understand this is in the fine print but I just added items to my cart and purchased them wasn't aware I couldn't get free shipping and my discount. OK so Monday I called to check on my shipment and they were not aware because the girl I emailed back to say OK charge me the shipping was off. I talked to another girl who said she would look into it and call me back which never happened so I called later that day and talked to another associate who stated everything was shipping. I was still a little nervious about everything that had happened so I got on the online chat and asked that associate and they told me to wait a minute after I explained what happened and never returned to the chat I waited over 45 minutes online for a response. The next day on Tuesday I finally received tracking numbers for everything except the two items on back order. So Ordered Thursday evening and recieved Wednesday and the rest tomorrow. Love the site and product choice just had bad customer service which hurts a lot. So my suggestions: if I put my number in my info and there is an issue call, also it would be nice if two discounts won't work together the site would reject one or the other."

"Your prices are very reasonable and shipping rates are pretty good too. However the bumper i had ordered i guess was not a stock item and hasen't even been shipped yet and the wheels i ordered were on back order. I placed this order last friday and had not been notified by emeail or phone about this, i had to call to find out why my order didn't ship yet. I will say everyone on the phone was nice to deal with"

Your sales staff have always been very super friendly and ways very willing to take the time to give you the help you need with questions no matter how silly they may be. You have had parts that I couldn't find anywhere else. Your prices are very reasonable compaired to your competitors. On my last order one of the parts was out of stock at your location and I quickly received an email advising me of that, as well of how my out of stock item would be shipped straight from the manufacturer.
