"I have a 1986 Jeep CJ7 and replacement parts have been very difficult to find. I found this site while trying to locate a throttle cable with the correct measurements for my jeep. Local part stores and Jeep dealerships were of no help in locating this part, a replacement was offered that was about 2 inches shorter with no information regarding possible adjustments. "I was happy when the CJ site that I am a member of had a discount for this site. I had a previous order and everything went great but this order has been a customer service nightmare. Most of the products have arrived and the two items I had on back order are supposed to come tomorrow but I had to call to get that information. So here it goes I placed the order last Thursday afternoon knowing it wouldn't place until Friday but there was an issue with the discount I was receiving and the free shipping which was fine but I was never contacted by phone just email which means after getting off of work and checking my email in the afternoon now my order is delayed until Monday. We are talking 49.00 and I understand this is in the fine print but I just added items to my cart and purchased them wasn't aware I couldn't get free shipping and my discount. OK so Monday I called to check on my shipment and they were not aware because the girl I emailed back to say OK charge me the shipping was off. I talked to another girl who said she would look into it and call me back which never happened so I called later that day and talked to another associate who stated everything was shipping. I was still a little nervious about everything that had happened so I got on the online chat and asked that associate and they told me to wait a minute after I explained what happened and never returned to the chat I waited over 45 minutes online for a response. The next day on Tuesday I finally received tracking numbers for everything except the two items on back order. So Ordered Thursday evening and recieved Wednesday and the rest tomorrow. Love the site and product choice just had bad customer service which hurts a lot. So my suggestions: if I put my number in my info and there is an issue call, also it would be nice if two discounts won't work together the site would reject one or the other." Jason |
